Here in Holland, April 27th, is called King’s Day. It is the Dutch King Willem-Alexander’s birthday and has officially been made a National Holiday. It is celebrated throughout the country with big parties and diverse happenings held in the streets. There are shows, performances, Flea Markets and Amusement Parks. The unspoken rule is to wear orange, the colour symbol of the country, representing the Orange Dynasty. So come, get in the mood and join the club!
